When we first looked at this midcentury modern home in Greeneville, TN, everyone told me I was crazy. The house was in foreclosure and hadn’t had any love in years. It was a dumpster fire!

Growing up in a midcentury modern home, I saw its good bones and potential immediately. I had to have it. It turned into a gut job, but was one of the most fun projects I’ve been involved in yet.

The kitchen was my favorite project. What most people saw as unsalvageable, I saw an absolute dream home. Here are a few before and after pictures!

About a year later, my husband got another coaching job, which led us to Clemson, South Carolina! It pained me to leave this house, but the buyers had the same passion and love for midcentury design as me.
